Made from 1/4-inch-thick, heavy-gauge 304 stainless steel, it heats quickly and evenly for preparing breakfast, burgers, vegetables, fajitas, seafood, and other foods that cook best on a flat surface. The griddle is 18 inches wide, fits compatible 22-inch-deep grills, and provides an approximately 17 x 16-1/2-inch cooking area.

A spacious, scratch-resistant cooking surface provides plenty of room for full meals, while the removable drip tray collects grease and food residue for easier cleanup. It is a useful accessory for adding flat-top versatility or replacing a damaged or heavily worn griddle. As a Fire Magic grill accessory, it is backed by a 1-year limited manufacturer warranty, subject to current warranty terms, conditions, and exclusions.

This griddle fits all Echelon grills from 2008 to current production, compatible Aurora A790, A660, and A530 grills made from 2009 to current production, and select Elite, Monarch, and Custom 2 grills manufactured before 2008. It can also be used on compatible Fire Magic Power Burners and Double Searing Stations with the separately sold 3683 griddle adapter.
